WORKSHOPS & GROUPS

Coming this November 2025!

Presented by the AWC - Workshop #1 TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11th 2025 7-9pm

The Good Enough Adoptee Workshop

Will I ever Be Good Enough: Interrupting People-Pleasing, Self Abandonment, and Perfectionism

This live workshop is the first offering from the Adoptee Wellness Collective, launching our series of offerings for adoptees!

The workshop will explore the unique ways perfectionism and people-pleasing can show up in the lives of adoptees, and why these patterns often develop in response to adoption experiences. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to feel “good enough,” explore the impact of “failure” and self-criticism, and consider steps we can take toward healing and greater self-compassion. In the days following the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to join small groups for continued discussion.

**This course is for adoptees only
